USPS hosting 4 job fairs in Colorado

Empty nesters and previously stay-at-home parents are encouraged to explore the job positions open at the U.S. Postal Service.

AURORA, Colo. — The U.S. Postal Service (USPS) is holding four job fairs in Colorado this week. 

USPS is looking to fill hundreds of positions throughout the Denver metro area including open roles in Littleton, Aurora and Longmont.

The U.S. Postal Service is encouraging empty nesters and previously stay-at-home parents to explore the open job positions,

Starting pay varies depending on the job, but USPS said starting pay for carriers ranges between $20.38 and $22.13 per hour paid bi-weekly. Applications are accepted online at usps.com/careers

USPS employees will be available at the job fairs to attendees with benefits, qualifications and application questions. Laptops will be available at the fairs for immediate application submission. No appointment is necessary to attend the job fairs.

  • Thursday, Oct. 3, from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
    • Highlands Ranch Post Office at 9609 S. University Blvd. 
  • Thursday, Oct. 3, from 1 p.m. – 4 p.m.
    • Aurora Main Post Office at 16890 E. Alameda Pkwy.
  • Friday, Oct. 4, from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
    • Denver General Mail Facility at 7500 E 53rd Pl.
  •  Saturday, Oct. 5, from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.
    •  Longmont Post Office at 201 Coffman St.
