The Board said: the "allegations set forth show that the public health, safety or welfare imperatively requires emergency action."
The records indicate one patient died on February 8, 2004 and two others were hospitalized. 9WTK became involved in the investigation when the son of a woman who died found what he thought were "exorbitant" amounts of drugs in her home after she died.
Dr. Deagle's office told 9WTK that he would file an injunction to prevent his supension scheduled for this Monday.March 22, 2004.
