Legacy High School will play its homecoming football game as scheduled Friday night against Prairie View despite a bus crash last weekend that killed a bus driver and seriously injured three coaches.
Ahead of the game, Prairie View High School students made banners to show their support for the Legacy High community.

Another kind gesture came Thursday night, when football players from Westminster High School brought dessert to Legacy players during their team dinner.
They were decorated with the words “Football = Family” and “#LegacyStrong,”— their way of showing that some things are more important than winning or losing.
Two coaches are now recovering at home. One coach is still in the hospital.
The game is scheduled for 7 p.m. at North Stadium.
