BOULDER COUNTY, Colo. — Fire crews from multiple agencies responded to a small grass fire Wednesday night in Boulder County.
At about 9 p.m., crews were called to the 1800 block of Flagstaff Road, according to the Boulder County Sheriff's Office.
When crews arrived, they found a ground fire covering an area about 200 feet by 200 feet in steep terrain, the sheriff's office said.
Crews were able to extinguish the fire quickly and no structures were damaged, according to the sheriff's office.
The cause of the fire is under investigation by Boulder Fire Rescue.
Crews from Boulder Fire Rescue, Mountain View Fire Rescue, Boulder Rural Fire Department, Boulder Police Department, Boulder County Sheriff's Office and Boulder Open Space Mountain Parks all responded to the fire.
