DENVER — Ice cream is cool and refreshing on a hot day and since it's been so warm, the 9NEWS morning team decided to test out some unusual ice cream flavors for this week's edition of Try It Tuesday.
The tried the following flavors from Sweet Action Ice Cream located at 52 South Broadway in Denver.
- Honey jalapeño pickle
- Black sesame
- Stranahan’s whiskey brickle
- Peanut Butter & Jelly
As you might imagine some of them require pretty specific taste preferences, but the Peanut Butter & Jelly seemed to be a good fit for everyone.
You can test those flavors and many more by visiting their shop. Their pints are also sold at Whole Foods, Natural Grocers, Marczyk Fine Foods and other places.
