DENVER — A woman who was removed from a house during a fire earlier this month in Denver has died, according to the Denver Police Department.
The Denver Fire Department responded to the fire on March 17 near East 35th Avenue and Krameria Street. Crews removed one person from the house, and that person was taken to a hospital, the fire department said.
On Wednesday, the Denver Medical Examiner's Office identified the victim as Mary Hutchinson, 61.
An autopsy was completed, and the cause and manner of her death were pending, the medical examiner's office said.
Denver Police said it appears her death was not suspicious but that the investigation is ongoing.
