KUSA – CenturyLink customers who have been without phone or Internet for nearly a week should get service back Wednesday, according to a company statement.

CenturyLink says a third-party company cut a fiber line on May 15, affecting service to about 250 businesses and homes in Arvada and Wheat Ridge. CenturyLink says service should be restored by Wednesday night. Heavy rain delayed repairs, according to the release.

Multiple viewers affected by the outage emailed 9NEWS concerned about the delays. CenturyLink apologized for any inconveniences the outage caused customers.
