GOLDEN, Colo. — Two lanes of eastbound Interstate 70 are closed near C-470 west of Denver due to a crash, the Colorado Department of Transportation said.
The lanes are closed between Morrison Road and C-470. The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office said the crash involved three semis and a pickup truck. One person is in critical condition, the Colorado State Patrol said.
All of the eastbound lanes of the highway were closed after the crash, but CDOT said the closure is down to the two left lanes as of 7:30 p.m.
There's no word on how long the closure will last.
