GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo. — Golf enthusiasts will soon have an opportunity to practice their craft while getting some work done thanks to a co-working space coming to Greenwood Village that focuses on both.
Clubhouse Work & Golf will feature 11,000 square feet of private office space and a 6,000-square-foot indoor golf facility and lounge. The business will help create a community “where business and leisure seamlessly intersect,” the company said in a news release.
The main golf suite and lounge at 5680 Greenwood Plaza will be fitted with three Trackman IO golf simulator bays and a 450-square-foot putting green. There will also be six fully equipped conference rooms, a kitchen and a social lounge, the company said.
“Our vision for Clubhouse Work & Golf was to create a place where professionals can connect over a shared passion while also having a top-tier workspace,” said co-founder Josh Kaplan in the release. “We’ve all experienced the isolation of working remotely, and we wanted to create a space that not only brings people together but also allows them to integrate something they love — golf — into their daily routine.”
