BOULDER - A man prosecutors say hid in the tank of a portable toilet at a Boulder yoga festival and spied on women in other bathrooms pleaded guilty Tuesday.
Luke Chrisco, 31, pleaded guilty to two counts of burglary and one count of unlawful sexual contact.
Under a plea deal with prosecutors, six other burglary charges and a misdemeanor count of criminal invasion were dropped.
Chrisco was arrested after a woman using a portable toilet at the festival in 2011 noticed something moving in the tank and then saw a feces-stained man emerge and run away. Police also think he used peep holes in bathrooms in several Boulder businesses and on the University of Colorado campus.
Sentencing is scheduled for August 30. He is facing up to six years in prison.
