BKD, an accounting firm based in Springfield, Missouri, has acquired an Iowa firm with offices in three states, including Colorado.
BKD, which has a downtown Denver office of about 90 employees, has acquired Kiesling Associates LLP, which is based in Des Moines, Iowa and has offices in Wyoming and Colorado Springs.
