Balloon boy parents agree to pay $36K in restitution costs
FORT COLLINS - The parents of "balloon boy" Falcon Heene on Tuesday agreed to pay more than $36,000 in restitution stemming from their Oct. 15, 2009 hoax in which they claimed their son floated away from their Fort Collins home in a UFO-shaped helium balloon.
