The babies are now 1 year old and even lunch time for the Menke boys is a big deal.
"I just keep going from one to the other until they are done," said Unzueta.
The triplets came into the world without the help of fertility drugs. They were born last January at Parker Adventist Hospital.
"Jack loves to laugh, John is very meticulous, Matthew is the little compassionate one," said Unzueta.
However, the triplets are not the only children Unzueta and Menke have. They have a total of seven now, ages 1 though 14.
Whenever they leave the house, they have to take two cars. They hope to soon buy a van, so they can all ride together.
"Going to see Santa was amazing," said Unzueta.
She says they never planned on having seven kids, but now precise planning keeps her on track.
"I do damage control, basically," she said.
Their Parker home is now full, with each child doubled up.
"It's going to get tougher as they get older. Boys are pretty rambunctious," said Unzueta.
Still, she's not ruling out the idea of maybe one more, so they can get that second little girl they wanted.
"We still want another girl for Isabel, but we're good right now," said Unzueta.
