Two people are dead after a car collided with a motorcycle Monday night in Aurora.
It happened about 11:05 p.m. at South Parker Road and East Temple Drive.
Police say a motorcycle with two occupants was driving northbound on South Parker Road when a gold minivan driving southbound on South Parker Road attempted to make a left turn onto East Temple Drive, hitting the motorcycle.
Both riders were thrown from the motorcycle and sustained serious injuries. They were taken to the hospital and later pronounced dead.
It’s unknown at this time if alcohol was a factor in the crash. The Aurora Police Department is handling the ongoing investigation.
