More on spyware and freeware
Anti-spyware programs are available commercially, and also for free at various sites on the Internet. Two programs used in the I-Team test are "freeware." They are "Spy Sweeper" and "Spybot Search and Destroy." Another well-known free program, "Adaware," finds some spies, but concentrates mostly on weeding out spam programs and not eliminating most kinds of spyware. Still another program is called "Hijack This."
