THORNTON - Charges have been filed against a male nurse accused of fondling a patient.
Thomas Mark Moore, a former nurse at North Suburban Medical Center, is charged with unlawful sexual contact during a medical examination and unlawful sexual contact while the victim was incapable of appraising the nature of the defendant’s conduct.
Moore, 44, allegedly fondled a woman who came to the medical center on Nov. 8 for treatment of a severe migraine.
Moore is currently in custody on other charges. Prosecutors are seeking he be held on $100,000 bond in the Adams County case.
