‘Saturday Night Live’ announces next two hosts, musical guests

“Saturday Night Live” returns for all-new episodes Jan. 27 and Feb. 3.

NEW YORK — "Saturday Night Live" has announced its next hosts and musical guests of the new year.

The long-running sketch comedy series will air all-new episodes Saturday, Jan. 27, and Saturday, Feb. 3.

"Madame Web" star Dakota Johnson will host the series on Jan. 27 for a second time, alongside musical guest Justin Timberlake, who will be making his fifth "SNL" appearance as a solo musical artist.

Timberlake is preparing to release his sixth solo album and recently reunited NSYNC for the "Trolls Band Together" soundtrack.

Ayo Edebiri will host "SNL" for the first time on Feb. 3. Edebiri stars on "The Bear," for which she recently won an Emmy, Critics Choice and Golden Globe Award.  

On Feb. 3, Jennifer Lopez will make her fourth appearance as musical guest, having previously hosted three times.

Hosts so far this season on "Saturday Night Live" have included Pete Davidson, Bad Bunny, Nate Bargatze, Timothée Chalamet, Jason Momoa, Emma Stone, Adam Driver, Kate McKinnon, and Jacob Elordi.

“Saturday Night Live” won the 2022 Emmy Award for Outstanding Variety Sketch Series. The creator and executive producer is Lorne Michaels.
