The El Paso County Sheriff's Office has released the names of the Sergeant and Deputy who were injured in Monday's shooting in Colorado Springs.
Sergeant Jake Abendschan was injured and released from the hospital Monday night, according to the El Paso County Sheriff's Office. Sheriff Bill Elder said in a press conference Tuesday that he believed Sgt. Abendschan was injured by shrapnel.
Deputy Scott Stone was injured and is in stable condition, the El Paso County Sheriff's Office announced Tuesday morning. Sheriff Elder said Deputy Stone was wounded by gunfire to the abdomen.
A Colorado Springs Police Department officer was shot as well and underwent surgery and is stable.
El Paso County Sheriff's Deputy Micah Flick was killed in the shooting Monday.
Flick, 34, is survived by his wife and 7-year-old twins -- one boy and one girl.
A civilian was also injured.

The incident began on Monday afternoon near Galley Road and Murray Boulevard as a motor vehicle theft investigation, and turned into a chase with shots being fired, injuring a civilian.
Gov. John Hickenlooper ordered flags be lowered to half-staff statewide on all public buildings Tuesday.
The El Paso County Sheriff's Office held a press conference Tuesday morning.
Sheriff Bill Elder spoke about Monday's events and how they have forever changed the El Paso County Sheriff's Office.
“My fear was losing a member of this family to tragedy in the line of duty,” Elder said. “And last night that fear became a reality. And my heart is broken.”
Elder said the investigation will be conducted by the Colorado Springs Police Department.
