Two others face charges for unreasonable noise: Kapri Lashaw Bibbs, a 20-year-old CSU student and Evan Louis Edwards, 21.

The parties were shut down after police were called to the neighborhood when residents complained about large crowds - that numbered up to 300 people - in the street. Police attempted to disperse the partygoers until they became unruly and aggressive, breaking bottles, climbing streetlight poles, cars and trees and throwing bottles at police.

Police had to use pepper spray and tear gas to disperse some party goers. Three people were transported to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
