MILLIKEN, Colo. — A woman was shot and killed at a home in Weld County Tuesday, the Milliken Police Department said.
Police said the shooting happened at a home on Farmland Lane in Milliken, which is east of Johnstown. The victim was found dead inside the home, police said. She has been identified as Elise Ruybal, 36.
Police said the suspect was later found dead in Laramie, Wyoming. Police said it appears he died by suicide, and they are investigating the case as a possible domestic violence murder-suicide.
There is no danger to the surrounding community, police said.
