The coroner has identified the woman found dead inside an Aurora apartment over the weekend.
Ashley Ross-Draper, 29, was found on the morning of Sept. 10 at 407 South Memphis Way.
Officers called to do a welfare check found the front door slightly open and Draper dead on the floor. According to the coroner, she died from multiple gunshot wounds. Her death is classified as homicide.
No other occupants were inside the apartment at the time.
A man is in custody as a person of interest in her death. James Anthony Draper was arrested Sunday after a chase through Aurora. Police have not charged him at this time.
