COMMERCE CITY, Colo — Four masked burglars were caught on camera early Friday smashing a stolen car into a Commerce City vape shop and making off with items in reusable Walmart bags, according to police.
The burglary happened just after 3 a.m. near East 62nd Avenue and Vasquez Boulevard. At first, the burglars attempted to kick in the door. When that didn't work, they used their stolen car as a battering ram, police said.
Video shows the burglars run into the shop with reusable Walmart bags to steal merchandise. Commerce City Police said they entered and exited several times, stealing numerous items.
Police are looking for the burglars and their stolen vehicle: a bright blue Hyundai sedan with Colorado license plate DTG-193.
Anyone with information on the burglary can contact the Commerce City Police Department at 303-289-3626.
