PARKER, Colo. — Parker Police said the 16-year-old suspect in three vandalism incidents that caused an estimated $16,600 in damages at McCabe Meadows turned himself in on Friday.
Police said the Rowan Tree Foundation Angel Memorial Garden located at 12301 County Meadows Drive was first vandalized overnight on Nov. 21. Two trees were cut down, two more were damaged and playground equipment was also damaged at Salisbury Park.

Between the first incident and Nov. 24, there were three more trees cut down and another was damaged.
On Dec. 5 around 9:40 p.m., two more trees were cut down and two posts were damaged at the garden, and another tree was cut down in Salisbury Park. Police said a suspect was pictured swinging an axe.
Police said the 16-year-old suspect turned himself in on Friday and admitted to his involvement in the incident.
Investigators are not seeking an additional suspect, and police said no more information would be released due to the suspect's age.
