Authorities are looking for a blue BMW after a man was stabbed in the upper torso during an apparent road rage incident Wednesday afternoon.
The Adams County Sheriff’s Office shut down the southbound lanes of West 64th Avenue and Federal Boulevard for the investigation.
The victim was taken to the hospital and rushed to surgery. There’s no word on his condition.
Sgt. Jim Morgen with the Adams County Sheriff’s Office says there were two people inside the BMW when the incident happened, and the passenger was responsible for the stabbing.
Witnesses say he was seen beating the victim. They didn’t realize he had something in his hand.
Details about what led up to the altercation are sparse.
