Police have identified the man who was arrested for his alleged involvement in a shooting that happened Tuesday night in a parking lot at the Aurora Town Center.
Sababu Colbert-Evans, 25, was arrested for attempted second-degree murder.
As of Tuesday night, the 25-year-old victim – who has not yet been identified – was in serious condition but expected to survive. No motive for the shooting was released.
The mall stayed open during the shooting investigation, but the JC Penney parking lot was closed.
