DENVER — A man died and another victim was injured in a shooting, Denver Police said Sunday.
At 12:48 a.m., police posted on social media that officers were investigating the shooting in the 4700 block of East Evans Avenue near the intersection with Interstate 25.
Two victims were found and taken to the hospital for treatment, where the man was pronounced dead. Police did not provide an update on the status of the second victim.
No arrests have been made.
The man who died has been identified as Cordell Pratt, 41.
Police did not release suspect information or any additional details surrounding the shooting.

Metro Denver Crime Stoppers works by assigning a code to people who anonymously submit a tip. Information is shared with law enforcement, and Crime Stoppers is notified at the conclusion of the investigation.
From there, an awards committee reviews the information provided and, if the information leads to an arrest, the tipster will be notified. Rewards can be collected using the code numbers received when the tip was originally submitted.
