A 29-year-old man is in custody for a double-stabbing that happened Saturday in Eaton.
Deputies from the Weld County Sheriff’s Office first arrived at the scene of the stabbing in the 400 block of Wall Street at around 7:55 a.m. They found three men who had been involved in a physical altercation.
Two of them had stab wounds. They were taken to the hospital. There’s no word yet on their condition.
A suspect, identified as Gabriel Faudoa, was taken into custody a short time later.
Authorities did not release information about what led up to the fight, or how the three men may have known each other.
The incident remains under investigation.
Faudoa faces first-degree assault, second-degree assault, felony menacing and obstruction of justice charges. His bond was set at $50,000, and he is scheduled to appear in court on June 29.
