Man arrested, accused of breaking into Lafayette bakeries

Police arrested 35-year-old Adrian Grigg in connection to the series of robberies.

LAFAYETTE, Colo. — Lafayette Police have taken a man into custody in connection to a string of robberies between Aug. 16 and Oct. 30.

Police identified 35-year-old Adrian Grigg as the person connected to the burglaries of 14 small businesses around Lafayette. Grigg faces 13 counts of second degree burglary, 13 counts of criminal mischief, one count of attempted second degree burglary and one count of felony theft.

According to police, Grigg caused an estimated $12,977 in damages and stole about $4,000 worth of property.

Grigg was being held in the Adams County Jail on unrelated charges. He was additionally detained on the burglary charges on Thursday.
