A homicide investigation is underway after a juvenile male was killed in a McDonald's parking lot near S Federal Blvd and W Alameda Ave.
Denver police were called out to the scene just before 11:30 Friday night, and the boy was taken to a hospital and pronounced dead. They tweeted early Saturday morning that they were conducting a death investigation, then tweeted later that the death was being investigated as a homicide.
The cause of death, suspect information and the name and age of the victim have not been released.
