Police arrested two people Monday in connection with the shooting death of a man outside an apartment complex in southwest Fort Collins.
Donny Ray Pulliam Jr., 29, was arrested on suspicion of first-degree murder and aggravated robbery.
Janee Cardenas, 26, was arrested on suspicion of felony murder and aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon.
About 10:22 p.m., police officers responded to a report of shots fired at the Woodlands Apartments on Wakerobin Lane, near Harmony Road and Shields Street. When they arrived, they located a deceased man in an outdoor parking area, according Fort Collins Police Services.
