Meyers was found Jan. 11 at the home they shared in the 11000 block of Blackwolf Drive. Brandon Timms and Dane Timms were found at the Rueter-Hess Incline that same day.

Parker Police and Douglas County Sheriff’s officials had earlier said that it appeared that Brandon Timms shot Meyers, then drove the boy to the incline, where he killed the boy and then took his own life.

Douglas County Coroner Raeann Brown ruled the deaths of Meyers and Dane Timms as homicides and the death of Brandon Timms as a suicide.
