PORTLAND, Ore. — A suspect who was wanted for sexual assault, kidnapping and burglary for an incident in Denver was arrested in Portland, Oregon.
According to Denver police, Jerome Lekendrick Lucas, 34, was arrested April 25, and is awaiting extradition back to Denver.
A DPD spokesperson said the incident Lucas was wanted for happened on March 24 in the area of South Monaco Parkway and East Mississippi Avenue, and that the victim was a woman. Because it's a sexual assault investigation, no other information is available.
According to a release, a Crime Stoppers tip led to Lucas' arrest.
He is currently being held at the Multnomah County Detention Center in Portland.
