DENVER — Denver Police are investigating the death of a man found in a vehicle in June as a homicide.
Police said around 11 p.m. on June 5, David Urena-Cruz, 23, was found dead inside a vehicle in the area of West Byron Place and North Yates Street, just north of Sloan's Lake.
The coroner's office said he died of stab wounds.
Police said Urena-Cruz had recently moved out of his apartment, and was known to sleep in his vehicle at Sloan's Lake.
