ARAPAHOE COUNTY, Colo. — Investigators are trying to identify seven people who are wanted in connection with two home burglaries, the Arapahoe County Sheriff's Office said on Thursday.
The first burglary happened around 3:30 p.m. Feb. 27 in the 6500 block of South Rifle Street.
Four burglars, three men and a woman, smashed a sliding glass door and rummaged through bedroom closets and dressers, the sheriff's office said. Jewelry valued at $6,000 was stolen.
The burglars left the scene in a newer-model silver Nissan Altima. They are wanted on suspicion of burglary, criminal mischief and theft.

The second burglary took place around 10:30 a.m. March 23 in the 6300 block of South Havana Street, the sheriff's office said.
Three men entered the apartment by prying open the front door and stole a large amount of cash, a designer handbag, jewelry and a computer. The total value of the stolen items was more than $112,000.
They are wanted on suspicion of possession of burglary tools used to facilitate entry, burglary, criminal mischief and theft.

Metro Denver Crime Stoppers works by assigning a code to people who anonymously submit a tip. Information is shared with law enforcement, and Crime Stoppers is notified at the conclusion of the investigation.
From there, an awards committee reviews the information provided and, if the information leads to an arrest, the tipster will be notified. Rewards can be collected using the code numbers received when the tip was originally submitted.
