BOULDER, Colo. — The Boulder Police Department said on Monday it is looking for a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run crash in April.
About 10 p.m. April 26, a 15-year-old boy was walking across Canyon Boulevard in the eastbound lanes near 14th Street when he was hit by a vehicle, according to police. The teen was taken to the hospital with serious injuries, police said.
Police believe that the vehicle that hit the 15-year-old was a Kia Sportage. Police are also looking for the driver of a BMW 3-series who might have been a witness to the crash.
Anyone who has information about the incident is asked to contact Traffic Officer S. Coon at CoonS@bouldercolorado.gov or 720-626-9749 and reference case 24-03939.
