Maloy is still at large.

  • Robert Gordon, 72
  • Glenn Cloud, 38
  • Ephraim Imperial, 51
  • James Min, 42

Four of the five men have been arrested. Cloud is still on the run.

According to the arrest affidavit, Maloy and Sykes met the teen victim near a liquor store on West Colfax Avenue in Lakewood in June, 2014. They took her in and gave her a place to sleep, but Maloy told the victim she would have to prostitute for him in order to stay.

Sykes took photos of the teen in lingerie and posted them to websites used to solicit men for sex. The teen was given a pre-paid phone card to use for johns to arrange locations and prices for them to engage in sexual activity.

Sykes, Garrett, Gordon, Imperial and Min have court dates set.
