DENVER BUSINESS JOURNAL - Resmark Apartment Living, a Los Angeles firm, and Lennar Multifamily Communities will build 374 apartment units in Westminster.
Axis Westminster will be a garden-style complex with 13 three-story buildings on a 16-acre site that could accommodate an additional 79 units in the future.
The project site is near the intersection of West 104th Avenue and U.S. 36.
"Axis Westminster residents will have access to expanding public transportation with the buildout of (RTD's) northwest rail corridor and the future construction of a (rail) station practically next door," said Ziv Cohen, president of Resmark Apartment Living.
