DENVER — Buyers, sellers and curious Denverites will soon be able to peek inside a newly built, multimillion-dollar home overlooking Washington Park.

Denver-based custom home builder Caliber recently wrapped up construction on 580 S. Franklin St., a five-bedroom, six-bathroom located along the east side of Washington Park.

The home will open to the public Sept. 28-29 and Oct. 5-6 as the 2024 Home & Garden Colorado Designer Showhouse. A $40 donation will allow people to tour the home, and the money raised will go to Freedom Service Dogs, a nonprofit that trains and provides dogs to people with disabilities.

The 6,380-square-foot home features large windows and contemporary wood accents on the exterior, something Caliber Owner Brad Liber said turns the home into a work of art and a talking point.
