DENVER — A penthouse condo in Denver’s Ballpark District that was previously marketed to attract cryptocurrency buyers is for sale again for a reduced price of $8 million.

The 2245 Blake St. condo, at the intersection of 22nd and Blake streets, encompasses three units (L, M and N), two of which span the entire top floor of the building.

The unit features three decks with views of Coors Field, downtown Denver and the mountains. One deck spans the length of the building, said listing agent Paula Guercio, with Coldwell Banker Realty-Boulder.

“You get your own private fireworks show for all their fireworks at Coors [Field],” seller Rick Romano said. “I mean it really is unbelievable.”

Rick and Gina Romano, who said they split their time between Denver and California, purchased the three units in 2004 and 2012 for a collective $2.18 million, according to public records.
