DENVER — One River North may still be a construction zone, but a light is at the end of the tunnel. Or canyon, in this case.

The striking new apartment building, located in Denver’s Elyria Swansea neighborhood and the River North Art District at 3930 Blake St., will be open in April for tenants to move in. Construction workers are putting the finishing touches on the building with the large canyon running through it.

Elizabeth Meyers, vice president of client experience at Kairoi Residential, said that 11% of the building’s 187 units are pre-leased after the property manager started leasing efforts in the fall.

The property management company has set up an office in the nearby Backyard on Blake. Since every unit in One River North is custom, Meyers said it’s convenient to have a designated office to meet with potential tenants and show them renderings and videos to find their appropriate unit.
