DENVER — The Denver luxury home market has a new offering featuring a striking modern design.
Built in 2002, the home located at 14 Random Road in Cherry Hills Village features about $1 million in imported glass from Belgium, according to LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, which is listing the property.
The 8,346-square-foot glass house is back on the market for the first time in 20 years with an asking price of $8.5 million.
The home was designed by Denver architect Michael Brendle and received the Denver Design Citation Award from the Colorado chapter of The American Institute of Architects in 2003. Brendle is known for his work on the Denver Public Library’s Schlessman Family Branch, at 100 Poplar St. There, he created a two-story atrium using four kinds of clear and sandblasted glass, according to LIV Sotheby’s.
