DENVER — One of the first units finished in the posh $50 million, 58-unit One Polo Creek condominiums in Cherry Creek was recently put up for sale by the original purchasing family.
The seventh-story penthouse unit, located at 2400 E. Cherry Creek South Drive, was built in 1996 while the rest of the high-end condominium development took a bit longer to find buyers and build out their customizations. Original purchase prices for units ranged from $500,000 to $2.5 million and the building near the Cherry Creek Shopping Center was completed in 1998, according to previous Denver Business Journal reporting.
Unit 701 went back on the market Friday with an asking price of $4.5 million. It was originally purchased for $2.2 million in 1997, according to public records. The unit was previously listed for $5 million in July 2019.
The 5,445-square-foot condo has stayed in the possession of one family throughout the years, according to listing agent Erin Susser, of LIV Sotheby's International Realty.
