BOULDER, Colorado — The highest-priced home to sell in November is located at 2285 Knollwood Drive in Boulder with a price tag of $8.275 million, according to a monthly update from the Denver Metro Association of Realtors.
Across the rest of the housing market last month, the median close price was $565,250 for a home in the Denver metro area, a 2.7% decrease from the previous month.
Meanwhile, the average price of a home was $659,152, a 3.5% decrease from October, according to DMAR. The average and median prices of homes are about the same as they were a year ago, with slight 0.4% and 0.1% increases respectively.
New buyers closed on 2,664 homes last month, a 15.9% decrease from October and a 14% decrease from a year ago.
