COLORADO, USA — Four Colorado master-planned communities, including two in the Denver metro, were among the 50 top-selling communities in the nation in 2019, according to a report from Bethesda, Maryland-based RCLCO Real Estate Advisors.
Denver's Stapleton community ranked 15th on the list, with 604 home sales in 2019. Windsor's RainDance community followed at No. 42 with an estimated 398 sales. Banning Lewis Ranch in Colorado Springs and The Meadows in Castle Rock rounded out the Colorado appearances at No. 47 and No. 49, respectively.
2019 capped off a decade that saw Stapleton cement its status as one of the most desirable master-planned communities in the nation. Stapleton was among the 10 best-selling communities six times in the past decade. Only four other communities had more top-10 appearances in that time frame, three of which are located in Florida, a state that is traditionally a staple for master-planned communities.
