COLORADO, USA — A lone, lucky lottery player won more than $11 million in Wednesday night's Colorado Lotto+ drawing.
It was the game's highest jackpot since the $25 million prize on Jan. 19, 2022.
The exact amount of Wednesday night's jackpot was $11,555,105. If the winner chooses to receive their winnings in one lump sum as most lottery winners do, the pre-tax cash value is $5,777,552.
The winning ticket was purchased at a King Soopers store in Centennial.

The jackpot had been growing for several months. The last winner before Wednesday night was on Aug. 17, 2022, when the prize was $2,451,970.
Wednesday night's winning numbers were 10-15-24-29-35-40.
The deadline to claim the prize is Aug. 14. A lottery spokesperson said it had not been claimed as of Thursday.
