DENVER — Three Colorado hospitals are considered in the top 50 hospitals in the nation, while two more are in the top 100, according to Healthgrades’ list of America’s Best Hospitals for 2020.
Good Samaritan Medical Center in Lafayette, Lutheran Medical Center in Wheat Ridge and Poudre Valley Hospital in Fort Collins are in the top 1% of hospitals in the nation for consistently providing clinical excellence, according to the rating. That puts them in the top 50 for all U.S. hospitals. Good Samaritan and Lutheran won this award in 2019 as well. (Lutheran also won it in 2018.)
Porter Adventist Hospital in Denver and University of Colorado Hospital – Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion in Aurora were in the Top 100, or top 2%, of hospitals in the U.S.
