DENVER — As prices for homes in the Denver metro area continue to climb, here's one sale for the record books.

A three-bedroom, five-bath penthouse condominium on the 44th and 45th floors of the Four Seasons Private Residences building has sold for its asking price of $10.75 million, making it the city and county's largest individual condo sale.

The 6,295-square-foot condo at 1133 14th Ave., Unit 4450, was renovated in late 2016 by Kerri Burcham of Citrus + Steel Interiors and features two balconies, a wine cellar, media room, two parking spaces and smart system that manages the entire home from lighting to window coverings and media.

Along with city and mountain views, the residence boasts views of Denver's newest skyscraper at 1144 15th St.
