DENVER - Business owners and residents in Denver's River North are busy determining the feasibility of three different specials districts that could help fund development in the neighborhood for years to come.

Weil is helping lead the charge toward change in RiNo, after helping establish the arts district in 2005. The Arts District has contracted with Denver-based consultantCentro Inc. to help determine the best path forward with the special districts.
