BEAVER CREEK - The Ritz Carlton Bachelor Gulch in Eagle County is in a $61 million foreclosure, according to a report in the Eagle County Times.
Eagle County Times reports it is the single largest foreclosure in the history of Eagle County. The newspaper learned about the foreclosure through public records. The foreclosed property appears to be owned by the Gencom Group, which has an address in Miami. />
