Quiznos has turned to a company veteran and marketing specialist to become the new president and CEO for the struggling chain.
Susan Lintonsmith — who most recently served as global chief marketing officer as the Denver sub-shop company has expanded heavily in Asia and South America — will become the permanent replacement for former CEO Doug Pendergast, who stepped down in June after 16 months on the job to spend more time with his family, the company announced Thursday.
